At Glade Run, treatment truly wraps support around your child as we build a team with your family and the other significant people in your child’s life. Therapy is provided in your home and community to strengthen relationships and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to helping individual family members is central to our mission. After observing and learning about a family’s strengths, needs and culture, the treatment team develops a partnership with the family. This partnership is built upon natural supports in the community like neighbors, relatives, teachers or coaches. Successful outcomes in treatment come from teaching, modeling and providing feedback to families through involvement in real life situations. Your child’s plan is developed, monitored and modified by the members of your wraparound team: the referring agency, your child’s teachers or vocational training counselors, therapists, psychologists, medical and legal advisers, and, most importantly, your child and family.
