Practicing from a recovery oriented, co-occurring friendly model, we believe that all individuals have the potential to heal, grow, and thrive. Through active participation and community collaboration, the Forensic Services Support Program (FSSP) provides case management to consumers involved in the Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at Butler County Prison.

FSSP provides case management services to adults (18 years and older) who are currently incarcerated in Butler County Prison, are current residents of Butler County, and have been screened for the Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. Services are provided during and up to thirty (30) days following incarceration to ensure a stable transition back into the community and to connect consumers with aftercare appointments. Glade Run employs a holistic service/strengths based approach that addresses conditions within the offender’s life that could contribute to recidivism, joblessness, homelessness, and/or substance abuse relapse.

All individuals are screened through Prime Care at Butler County Prison. Consumers who are identified as being appropriate for the MAT (Medical Assisted Treatment) program, will have a referral completed and sent directly to the Forensic Services Manager in the county to review.
