Partnerships that allow us to further our mission are also extremely valuable to Glade Run. Glade Run Foundation was formed in 1994 to meet the fundraising, public relations, and community relations needs for Glade Run Lutheran Services. Glade Run Foundation supports the programs and families of Glade Run through dollars raised with special events, grants, in-kind drives and individual, congregational, and business contributions. Thanks to the generosity of our partners, we’ve supported the development of new programs, continuation of existing successful programs, and basic and special needs of those we serve.

About This Event:
Glade Run is proud to host its 5th Annual Family Food Truck Festival, a fundraising event for the organization. This free, outdoor event is open to the public and features food trucks, car cruise, vendors, bake sale, drink tent (including spirits sales), raffles, music/entertainment and various attractions.

DATE:  Saturday, August 10, 2024, 11am – 3pm. Rain or shine outdoor event / No refunds. Set up at 8:30am

LOCATION:  Glade Run Lutheran Services campus, 30 Glade Run Drive, Zelienople, PA 16063

COST:  $55 per 10×10 space. Vendors are responsible for their own table, chairs and tent. Electricity is not available.

EXPECTED ATTENDANCE:  600 – 800 people

Rules & Guidelines:

All applications must be received no later than July 31, 2024. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified of acceptance within one week of application being received. Homemade foods (such as brownies, cakes, etc.) are not permitted to be sold. No raffles in exchange for money may be held, but booth prizes given away at random for no money purchase are allowed. By submitting this application, you agree that Glade Run Lutheran Services will not be held liable for accidents, theft, damage or loss during the said date event.
