In partnership with Butler County Children Youth and Family Services, Glade Run established a Family Wellness program on our Zelienople campus in 2020, providing supportive housing and case management services to homeless families with a goal of keeping families whole. The Butler County program is located in Zelienople and includes four apartments and a small home where professional staff work with families to ensure successful and permanent transitions into the community upon discharge. Referrals are made by Butler County CYF. The Lawrence County program site opened in 2023 and operates six family apartments in Frew Mill, New Castle. Referrals for this location are made by Lawrence County CYF.
