Autism family support services at Glade Run are designed to address the often unmet needs of parents and/or caregivers of children with an autism spectrum disorder or mental health illness diagnosis.Glade Run is pleased to offer in home respite care, behavioral health coaching, and case consultants for children between the ages of 2 and 21.

 In Home Respite Care provides short-term child care services in the home, offering temporary relief from daily stress, improves family stability and promotes positive physical and emotional interactions. Services are provided by trained professionals who deliver the appropriate attention and support while caregivers take a much needed break.

Behavioral Health Coaches provide extra support needed to learn basic skills including language development, academic skills, self-help skills and toilet training. A Glade Run behavioral health coach provides this support to the child, family, and other service providers to monitor and assist with intensive teaching programming.

Case Consultants serve as a link to services, support and resources for caregivers and family members. These staff are compassionate and experienced in finding the appropriate supports, navigating the system and helping to maintain the family dynamic.
