I came to the Field of Counseling, with a genuine desire to come along side people as they take their journey through life.  Encouraging, supportive, challenging as needed, but always warm and engaging are words that individuals would use to describe my ‘therapeutic style’.

I have 27 years of working with kids and their families, in a variety of settings.  As a licensed Behavior Specialist, I bring a unique perspective and a plethora of proven, effective, real-life strategies that really work with kids who are struggling with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral issues.  Fun and relatable, kids will forget that they are ‘doing therapy’ and will be able to make positive changes, that make life easier for you as a parent.

In addition to work my work with families, I come alongside individuals/adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including (but not limited) to depression, anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, life transitions, and grief.  I take a very experiential, in the moment approach to the challenges you face, tailoring treatment to you, the individual.  You will feel supported and ‘heard’, empowered with real life solutions, that will help you move you forward in a positive way.

Let’s take the journey together!
